Bill & Coo is deliberately small and calm. The suites are contemporary and low-key, the terraces face the sunset over the bay, and the gastronomy restaurant is a destination in its own right. Service is personal in a way large resorts cannot manage.

Its location is the sweet spot for couples who want Chora's restaurants at walking distance without sleeping above a bar. Megali Ammos, the town beach, is directly below.
